As a result, he founded Pacific Fiberglass, based on a philosophy of "doing it right, the first time." Since 1989, he has applied the same perfectionist ideals to every project, employing only skilled craftsmen who meet the company's high standards. His crew is loyal and well trained: two of them have been with Pacific Fiberglass for 13 years, and the most recent hire has been with him two years.
